I called for an estimate for a tree removal - estimator came out on his way to another job/estimate and gave me a vierbal cost on the job and said he would e-mail me a written estimate and info on insurance and licensing - have not received anything even after trying to contact them via e-mail If the jobis too much for them they should at least let me know - very disappointing - Paul

Our records show that we emailed this information to you on August 28th, and then again on August 31st, after you contacted us about not receiving the bid.
