Took extensive time to bill
Date of service for procedure is 4/27, bill created and sent to Aenta on 5/11. The identification number used for billing was provided by the facility. A copy of the patient's insurance card was not provided. The initial claim was filled within two weeks of the service date.
Balance is correct
At this time our records show Dr. [redacted] does not have a contract with Aneta. We have been in communication with Aneta Representative, [redacted]. [redacted] indicated Dr. [redacted] signed a National Advantage agreement. We do not have record of this document; [redacted] is sending a copy of the agreement and sending the claim through to be reprocessed.
