Lonzo came right away, made estimate and his team replaced my water heater, all within a few hours. I am very impressed. I had Lowe’s EPP (extended protection plan) that covered reinstallation cost. Lonzo gave me the proper paperwork to get reimbursement from Lowe’s. I just got a reimbursement check from Lowe’s. I am very happy with Alpha Plumbing.
