Dear Revdex.com, First I will address the wardrobe issue. We took 8 wardrobes out on the job. 5 Boxes where returned, 3 were in working order with bars, 1 without a bar but still in good condition and the other was not in reusable condition. Thus I refunded the customer more than he was...
owed as our policy is returned in full working order. There will be no other payment made for the wardrobes. Second as the customer stated, he has written in his estimate that if he uses a credit card he will be charged a 3% service/processing fee. The customer stating that he was not informed is false. Also when the bill is completed on the day of the job it is clearly stated that there is an extra charge for the Credit Card. On another note this customer has already received a discount from us on the day of the move. After receiving this discount from Roy directly he then proceeded to try and get another $100 off of the move from the crew leader, thus putting the crew leaders job in jeopardy. Also after the estimate in which he spent the entire time sitting in his bed playing on his computer and had the estimators from my company and another company walk around the house unattended he added items in the garage that were not pointed out to my company. Then on the day of the move our guys would have to take continuous breaks due to the customer arguing and fighting with his parents and on the phone trying to determine what items in the house needed to be move (thus another reason he was over estimate) We have already refunded him for an item that was broken on the job. We gave him full retail price even though we were only obligated to pay him 60 cents per pound. Thank you for your time and we appreciate everything that you do but there will be no other negotiations with this customer.
