I give my highest recommendation to Erik & Pati for their home inspection services! They could not have been more meticulous, more responsive, or more patient in explaining things to me, which I especially value as a first-time buyer. Their incredibly thorough inspection ensured that I was fully aware of every major and minor issue with the house, which ultimately saved me thousands of dollars and prevented me from walking into a headache. I truly felt like they had my best interest at heart, and I will definitely refer them and hire them again!

I have used them more than once. Erik and Patricia, are punctual & will also text you reminders. Erik pointed things out to me and explained concerned issues. Patricia was just as knowledgeable and just as courteous. Inspection report is received in a very timely manner. They promptly returned calls and replied to my emails. They are very professional & not to mention; very nice folks!

Met with Eric and his team on 1/15/2020. First of all they were on time! His rates are VERY reasonable. I had a home inspection, and Eric and his team were above and beyond as to what I expected. Any questions and/or concerns I had were answered promptly. In my case I had several questions in which he promptly answered. My reports were avail ASAP, and didn't have to wait to long to view them. Fast Prompt service. Had a living organism test and a wood boring pathogen test completed. Erik and Patricia came out and went above and beyond explaining everything in laymen's terms. Erik took the time to put any unease I had about problem areas and nothing was "too small" for him to look over. Will use again in the future for any inspections I need completed.

We did a full home inspection for the home we are currently renting, in prospect to buy. Erik and Patricia were so patient and listen to every concern we had and addressed issues and how we could fix them. They even gave me great advice on making my house more energy efficient.
