Mr. B, proprietor, signed a proposal/contract to perform work in exchange for tools and equipment valued at approximately $*** as payment. He took the property and never performed the work. He was actually out of state for a few months and failed to notify me when he returned. 6 months after we signed the agreement, I contacted him by text to find out when he could do the job. He was too busy, I could not get the work scheduled. Finally I asked him to either return my stuff or pay for it and we could sign off. He never responded to my requests. Meanwhile he moved and the address reported herein is the last known address. I contacted the *** County Sheriff’s office and they located him but could not release the information to me.
