After 3 days of scheduling appointments to get a Medeco lock that I purchased from them, they did not show up. Once I called to cancel the order, The owner *** installed the lock, with the latch upside down. I paid him by check (made to cash) at the time of the installation. He said he would email me the receipt. I have made countless calls, left messages, and sent texts to their phone to get a copy of my purchase receipt. I have not had a response from *** or anyone else to date.
They are unprofessional and I would not recommend this locksmith.
