Alpha Flooring

The job was supposed to start Thursday at 8:30am. Finally arrived at 1:30pm to start demo. Left at 4:30pm and the demo wasn't complete. Matt left the carpet pad down and it's being tracked through my house. Friday comes and all I get is excuses why they won't be here. Monday comes and they aren't going to be here again. Matt got really short and unprofessional with me on the phone so I fired him from the job. When I called the office manager Liz to discuss getting my deposit back she became unprofessional and hung up on me.
Bottom line is that they are scam artists out to steal your money.
