Not only did he come out to give my initial estimate, he was there the day my insurance adjuster came out as well. He made a great suggestion for the color shingles that would look good on our roof. I am very pleased with the workmanship.

After much miscommunications with several roofers, I was introduced to Mr. [redacted], who was very knowledgable and helpful to guide me thru the process of determining my problem. He then was able to work with my insurance company to resolve this and did a great job on roofing my house. I will always be grateful for his integrity and honesty. Again, thank you and Alpha Construction for your service.

Dan at Alpha Construction was wonderful! He responded to our request for a quote within a day or two, gave us a very fair price, and had our roof on our house just days after we accepted his quote. I have never worked with anyone so responsive to calls and even proactive about getting the work done quickly. The roofing crew was very careful to clean up nails and debris. The roof looks great, and we have not had any problems. I would highly recommend Dan to others who need a new roof!

Review: Two years ago, Alpha Construction repaired the stonework in from of my house - stairs, pavings etc.... Within a year, the repairs started to crumble. They returned to patch things up. within the second year, the work began to disintegrate even more to the point of being dangerous. The [redacted] has refused to return my repeated phone calls and is ignoring all requests to return to look at the condition of his work.Desired Settlement: Firstly, it is absolutely inappropriate that [redacted] and Alpha construction have refused to return any attempts at contact. Despite repeated attempts to contact him and leave him messages, he has not returned my calls. Secondly, the quality of their work is terrible and should be addressed immediately. Not only is the work unsightly but it is also dangerous at this point.

Review: This is in regards to not completing the job per the agreement to the specifications verbally discussed between Alpha Construction and us, [redacted] and [redacted], on re-capping our driveway, at [redacted].

On Wednesday, June *, 2015, Alpha Construction poured asphalt on our driveway to re-cap it. This was done to our complete dissatisfaction. Per the agreement, the entire width of the existing driveway was to be cut at the entrance of the driveway, and by the garage doors, and then re-paved with fresh concrete. This was not done, as there is a considerable mass of concrete in both these sections of the driveway. Both our cars are now unable to come into our driveway without scraping the undercarriage and causing considerable damage. Due to the circumstances we have now been forced to park our cars on the street for the past few days.

Our dissatisfaction with the job was explained to Mr. Marco A[redacted] (proprietor of Alpha Construction) in person on the evening of June *, 2015. He also witnessed our cars not being able to go over the hump at the entrance of the driveway, where the excess asphalt has been poured. Since then, we have left several messages on Mr. A[redacted]’ voicemail, with no response. Under the situation with our cars not being able to come into our garage through our driveway, we are pressed to give the job to another construction company to remedy the situation.Desired Settlement: A certified letter was sent to Alpha Construction at [redacted] (as they have changed their address from the [redacted] location) that if the job to re-cap our driveway is not completed per the terms of our agreement by Wednesday, June **, 2015, we will be contacting another firm to complete the job.
