Review: The purpose of this correspondence is to request that ALPAT remove my name from Acct number 2440964 and discontinue reporting information to all three major credit bureaus pertaining to my non-payment on this account. I do not own this account. I did not authorize services rendered by Dr. Edward Donaldson DDS. Any of my information that was used to acquire services from Dr. Donaldson was done without my knowledge and/or permission. I became aware of this issue via credit denial and subsequent review of November credit report. I contacted ALPAT via telephone on November 8th to resolve this matter and was disappointed to find the information was not corrected I was told they could not remove my name from the accoutn. I disputed the issue with all three major credit bureaus. On 14 November Experian reported that ALPAT verified that the debt is accurate. This is remarkable due to the fact that I never requested, received or authorized any services.Desired Settlement: REMOVAL OF INFORMATION FROM CREDIT REPORT. ALSO ALPAT TO STOP REPORTING INFORMATION TO 3 MAJOR CREDITS REPORTING AGENCIES.
