I am publicly rebuking ALM Marietta/Marietta Luxury Motors who GAVE ME A FAKE CARFAX at dealership TO SALE ME A JUNK CAR FROM OUT THE COUNTRY***

**ALM -Marietta/Marietta Luxury Motors attorney is a lawyer for the state of Georgia so if they get over on you they will temporarily win**

ALM/MARIETTA LUXURY MOTORS sold me a vehicle without my knowledge of it being from out the country and hid that it was a previous Canadian vehicle which would explain why the vehicle had a severely rusted underbody which put my life and family and clients life in great danger this is apart of BBB service to the community to provide information to the public for the safety of consumers.I have provided documentation from reputable technicians of the condition of the vehicle along with photos.

I not only was at risk of a severe accident I lost my deposit and business income and am still losing income till this day all because ALM/MARIETTA LUXURY MOTORS put money over the safety of consumer as long as ALM/MARIETTA LUXURY MOTORS can patch up a car and hide important documents of the vehicles REAL actual history they will keep selling these dangerous cars putting the public in great danger.I came to BBB first before I bought the vehicle in 2021 and if BBB would have documented for the public what ALM/MARIETTA LUXURY MOTORS does to deceive and endanger the public I would have never went to the dealership. I will ask again that BBB investigates this case as of now that company is using money and Attorney who works for the State of Georgia to get away with dealership fraud.

if you look up the case and complaints with Better Business Bureau you'll see alot of shady practices hopefully you see this before you go and just remember to pass them up cause they are crooks.

I wasn't able to have a fair trial because I didn't have a lawyer to go against ALM Marietta Luxury Motors lawyer who works for the State of Georgia as a attorney.

DONT LET THEM LIE TO YOU..I regret not going with a JUNKYARD would have been better.

I am very confident I'll get justice for what ALM Marietta Luxury Motors and its affiliates did to me because I serve who they don't serve and yes the Most High God of Abraham Issac and Yacob has the last say. All praises to the Most High my father my refuge.

I purchased a 2019 Infiniti QX60 on June 13 2020.I was allowed to drive off the lot with this car.I called the tag office on July 13 because I was having issues renewing the tags on my other vehicle because of the Infiniti because it's registered for lease in a different county from which I lived I was told by the agent at the tag office the necessary paperwork for the car had not be sent in and it was showing in the system as a lease not a purchased car by me I'm still trying to figure out how this car is connected to my license if it's not my car.This car is also being carried on my insurance policy.I called ALM of Marietta (Marietta Luxury Motors)spoke with someone there and was told the necessary papers was indeed filed.On July 27 I called the tag office to make sure everything had been straightened out so I could come in to get the tag because the temporary tag was due to expire July 28 2020 was told again necessary paperwork still hadn't been sent over.I called ALM(MLM) again spoke with Kelvin he gave me the corporate office # called them and was told they didn't have the title to the car it was still at the auction house the car was bought from and because of covid 19 it was closed and I should go to tag office to get an extension on my temporary tag maybe they'll the have title by then.I called back to the corporate office on July 31 to check on title was told they still didn't have title because the leasing company whom car was bought from via auction still had title and it could take up to a month or longer before the title is available. I've made the first payment on this car and was told I have to continue to make payments by Capital One for a car I don't own and can't drive.The extension is due to expire August 27 and can't get another one after that.
