Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/07/21) */ This is in response to the complaint by [redacted] We would like to point out the [redacted] Ad which very clearly state the parts that Are included in the sale: MOTOR, TRANSMISSION, WIRING, FUEL PUMP AND COMPUTERTHE FRAME IS DAMAGED $TO BE SOLD AS A PACKAGE OF PARTS AND BIKE, NOT AN ACTIVE RUNNING BIKEThe part that was lying next to the damaged bike is a rear Signal light and bracket for a heritage softtailThis part does not nor will it ever fit on that bikeThere is absolutely no mention of REAR SIGNAL LIGHTS AND BRACKET OR A HERITAGE SOFTTAIL OR SHOCKSTherefore the request for those parts are confusing The customer did call regarding the shocks and we did send them as a good will gestureIf the shocks were damaged in transport we were never informedWe will go one step further and reimburse the customer $to purchase new shockI feel that it is very unreasonable that the customer is requesting a full refund based on parts that were never included in the ad nor will ever fit, and for damaged shock which we were completely unaware ofWe are willing to provide the customer a good will gesture of $200.00, but we are not responsible for buyers remorse and therefore will not refund the customer the entire amount
