Alluring Cloth

I made on online purchase for 3 Halloween shirts from this store. The seller refused all communications until I filed a disputed. I eventually received one shirt in December 2019. I followed my credit card company instructions, mailed back the one shirt to seller on December 4 and a proof of mailing to my credit card company/Citi. I asked for a full refund and didn’t receive it. (Citi decided to give my money to seller after I sent back the shirt because I didn’t fax to Citi a documentation showing the value of the items that Citi already had on file, which Citi sent me a copy of that documentation. I have filed a complaint against Citi on this matter)

This Alluring Cloth company is a fraud that took my money and didn’t send me any item until I filed a dispute. Even after I filed a dispute, seller sent me only one shirt in December and kept the money for 3 shirts. Seller responded through my credit card company Citi that he will refund when he received the shirt. I mailed it back on January 4 (USPS tracking number *** 5162 1563 *** 4858 49). Seller refused to give me the refund of $65.85.
