Allure Apartments

First of all, they are not called Cabana Apartments, but Allure Apartments which makes it difficult for anybody to review or look up their business. Secondly, this place consistently has had numerous bad reviews despite changing their name (what did that solve?) The water leaks, rather puddles and ponds, due to their inexperienced maintenance employees, but instead of faulting the employee they charge it onto the tenants bill and claim that we used those utilities. How can a single family use a little over a 100 on just water alone? I also pay a gas bill when there isnt even a gas stove on the property. I wish someone at the Revdex.com would come and shut this place down so I dont have to break a lease because this is completely outrageous. I can also probably count on my hands how many times this week alone theres been water shut offs. and they claim this place is drug free but I can bet my life if a drug dog just walked through this complex, theyd most assuredly be alerted. Thirdly, there are refrigerant leaks all over the place. I am HVAC certified and almost tell you Ive seen numerous EPA violations that should result in a 27,000 fine per day until resolved, retroactive. This place is literally everything an apartment complex shouldnt be, including shady residents..Ive seen the employees come out of apartments with no tools or anything and spend lots of time in there. Same place that those dogs would be alerted. Disgusting.
