Allura Anti-Aging Cream

I ordered thi ave creme for wrinkles which I thought would be a good product. They called me in 14 days and said if product works to order the full amount which was way to high. I told them how could I tell if worked in 14 days? Told them would pay the 17.20 and 19.10 as already opened the product. I also got a cancelation number from a Marcus. This was August 1st as got the product July 31. Then I received another amount on my bank statement that they charged me again August 30th and I called them and talked to a Ryan who said could not get my account up but did find that product which was sent out was returned. He said on September 22 the day I called that would send a check instead. It is now October 13th and I called again and he brought up account but could not tell me if check sent and said call again monday the 15th. As of today, I have not received a check or amount refunded on my account. They took the money out August 30th and it has been almost two months and no refund. sincerely Kathy
