[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response. If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I also suggest the company review their selling practices. My original order was routed via a fake news story about an HDTV star who was leaving her show to start a skin care company. http:/ [redacted] -leaving-fixer-upper-facial-cream-skincare/ The trial details were not reiterated in any of the confirmation emails so after I missed the small print, no effort was made to make it clear about a trial period in subsequent emails. In fact, I didn't have any idea there was any action needed on my part until I saw the charges to my account and called to find out what they were for. Then the person I reached on the phone to request a refund was very obtuse and difficult to speak with. She tried to get me to discuss my skin care needs, she tried to upsell me on more product, she tried to tell me it was not their fault I didn't read the fine print, and at the end of the call and after very long periods on hold only agreed to refund 75%. Only later did she called back and leave a message that I'd be given a full refund. I appreciate that they will be refunding my charges but would suggest this could all have been avoided. That they need to be much more clear in their communications and should be aware that their product was used as part of an online scheme to sell skin care creams fraudulently. Thank you for refunding my money and I hope this feedback is helpful to you so that future customers are more satisfied with their purchases.Regards, Beth P***
