Could not say enough positive things about these folks. They were very quick with getting us an estimate and answering all of our questions. Then they cleaned out our old duct work and had our new system installed in three days! A wonderfully friendly and educated staff who were all very professional. I highly recommend All-Temp Heating & Cooling, LLC for all of your HVAC needs.

My a/c went out. I contacted this company on Monday, 18June (after hours) and explained my situation with my a/c. After speaking with All-Temp customer service, I received a call back and was notified that technicians would come to my house. (About) An hour later, two men came - looked over my a/c unit; and advised that although my unit was old, they would see what could be fixed now. I was advised that they would be able to fill with Freon and check for leaks. After being told that there were no leaks, they filled with 3 pounds of freon and told me that although it would be "awhile" that the house should start to cool. They also stated that I would need to replace my unit, and that they would have their office contact me - provide with with an invoice for the service they completed, and that I would receive another quote for a unit. They told me that for the service that they completed, that it would be $593.70 - so I provided a check.
By Tuesday, 19June I noticed my house getting cooler; however, by Thursday - the house was no longer cool, and back to the same as it was prior to All-Temp completing their service. I called the number provided on the business card (All-Temp) today, 23June - I explained to the lady whom answered the phone the prior service that I received, and asked for a rep to come out; she asked me if it was an Emergency - I said that I had not yet received an invoice, and that my house was in the same status it was prior to their service, she again asked if it was an emergency.
My point, is that they either "did not" fill my a/c with the 3 pounds of freon, or they did something else to my unit. I have yet to receive an invoice, so I do not know what was and was not done - I can only go by "what they claimed " they did.
We emailed the invoice to him and went back later and replaced the whole system.
