Beware, if you think your items are safe here think again! Those Security cameras they flaunt are a low resolution joke!

I was referred to this place by someone else and placed my items in the unit in Dec. of 2015.

On Mon. January 25th 2016 I get a phone call at around 8:45 am from an employee of Allstate saying my door was open and some of my items were laying outside my unit. I arrived shortly after and was told another lock on another unit was also cut. I asked if they had called the police and was told No. They said I needed to call. They also kept blaming me claiming I was targeted and must have displayed the contents of my unit, which right away made me suspicious of the management and employees as they were the only ones ever around when I brought in my covered items. They said they discovered the break-in at 7:00 am and I asked why it took so long to call me, they had no answer. Upon my arrival I demanded they call the [redacted] Police because Allstate is the one running the business and I wasn't the only victim.

The police showed up rather quickly and a police report was done. I had over $2000.00 worth of items stolen from my unit and it was a total loss to me.

I just want people to know that your lock is worthless to a bolt cutter, they even cut the round heavy duty one that Allstate had on their gate to gain access to the yard. The camera image is so bad all you could make out was a blob. The sad thing is that this is a huge company and they offer ZERO PROTECTION FOR YOUR ITEMS FROM A THEFT, I AM YOUR PROOF.

so if you're going to store anything of value with them please by the insurance you may actually get to use it.

ALLSTATE AND THEIR MANAGEMENT CERTAINLY LET ME DOWN WITH A VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON.
