I am rejecting this response because:This is in reply to your letter dated Friday May 12th , In his letter to you he states that there were holes in the roof caused by removing the old gutters however the old gutters were remove over a month before his worker showed up and there were no leaks until after he installed the new guttersHe also says we had an ongoing problem with leaks in the house impaying that the roof was bad before he arrived the only repairs done to the house previously were to repair leaks in the plumbing which necessitated replacement of carpet & Linolem but had nothing to do with the leaks of the roof or water damage to the ceiling or wallsAs to his claim that the leaks were caused by leaves clogging the gutters that is a flat out lieThere is one tree that over hangs the house but it hadn’t yet shed its leaves and it is on the other side of the house from the area where the leaks occurred, also ***, My handyman was there when he showed up to look at the problem after the installation and there were no problems caused by leaves the person who installed the gutters put straps under the shingles to hold the flashing in place that is what caused the leaks which did not start until after the gutters were installed as far as his last comment that the of us that were there aren’t professionals roofer *** s in fact a professional roofer employed by *** *** and it didn’t take being a professional gutter installer to recognize a poorly done jobThank you very much 5/26/

[redacted] called me this morning and wanted me to give her some money to help pay for her new roof she is accusing out in-situation of gutter's, she said that there is holes on roof edge because the insurance person and her handyman ([redacted]) removed gutter's and something about brackets that...

caused holes to roof, I believe it's not my fault because of their actions. I believe it's not my fault because of their actions. I have been there many times trying to help with the gutters but the last time, I offered to drive to Dunsmuir and [redacted] said don't bother she was done dealing with us; her shingle are cupped on the bottom of the Roof before we even got there. She called us in February of 2016 to schedule to do her Gutter's but didn't do them until September 2016 due to expenses that she that she paid to replace carpet and sealing and wall damage do to roof leak,. That has been an on going issue for over a year; this is want she is blaming on our Gutters Installation every time. I've been at her house and all the gutter's are full of leaves that will clog the downspout's that fill the gutters up with water and water overflows on the roof or over the edge of gutter that's not because improper installation it's a maintenance problem that has to be kept up regularly. When all three of them were there [redacted] ,and [redacted] notice that the roof bottom was supping and take that into consideration that this is the reason it could be leaking on the edge of not anywhere else, Benson Roofing should have seen that, if they were there to inspect the roof, with the way we hang our gutter's there there was not one hole on the roof from our Company., we fasten them with a hanger or spike or ferrule on the side of fascia board not roof. there was some spots where the starter shingle was in line with the Comp Shingles that is improperly installed, they should be a %"5/8 stagger or book, the very first shingle that should have been installed id full but the starter strip should be cut back, so it doesn't line upon with shingles but is , when water hits this area it goes under drip edge and on edge of wall.This is an area she had problems in the past with. I installed some pieces of metal between this area to help prevent leaking at no charge. But, I'm sure the three of them didn't notice it either, because they are not professionals Roofers And Seam Rain Gutters installers! I look at every detail especially being accused of doing damages to customer's property, I have note's, I take before and after jobs and inspect every job when it's complete and would be happy to submit to you if needed.Thank you,[redacted]ALLSTATE ENTERPRISES, INC
