In response to Mrs. [redacted]; The original agreement was to install 11 light fixtures and to put up one ceiling fan, she purchased multiple ceiling fans and only one was agreed to. repaired, power washed and painted the deck at our cost to make it safe for her. The repairs were done to the AC within a couple weeks her AC unit went out from the normal wear and tear, we replaced her unit at our cost.Thermostat; a month after she took possession of her home the thermostat malfunctioned, we replaced that at our cost.  After reading the numerous complaints above I have attached proof of the original agreement of work to be completed also, the letter of completion signed off by [redacted] that everything was done along with the fact that an inspector from the bank that she purchased the loan from came out and signed off (approval of the work originally agreed upon). In the end we have done everything possible to satisfy this client by going above and beyond and completing extra tasks for her to name a few; interior painting, drywall repair, shampoo her carpets, repaired her fence, power wash her exterior front of her home, repaired facia board none of these things were listed in the original agreement. We made minimum profit on this transaction. We always strive to make our clients happy and it is unfortunate that she unsatisfied even after all the extra things we did at our cost. We have been in business for over 8 years and this is our first complaint that should say something about our professionalism. Please contact us if you need anything further.
