Allstate Electric

My response is to a complaint by *** against my business Allstate Electric. Our establishment has been in business since 1989 with an outstanding reference base and never one complaint by any single person other than ***. *** had us come to a property of 801 and *** A duplex apartment in New Castle Indiana where He had us bid a Rewire on the property. Then he took our bid and used it to get a cheaper rate and gave the job to another company then contracted us to oversee the job and inspect the work in which payment was never received for either. Attached is a copy of the invoice of the time and material break down of labor and material in which what we were contracted for after the contractor that *** gave the job to was not as qualified as he proclaimed to be so we had to come in and repair most of his work so *** asked us to do this at a time and material rate and to give him a list of everything that needed done to do it and he would pay so we satisfied everything on this signed attached contract and he refused to pay us and I have several other contractors from the property that say he refuses to pay them as well so I would like to have someone from the Revdex.com to contact me as to filing a complaint against *** investments out of California for the refusal of payment after contracted work is complete. The building inspector of New Castle Indiana can be contacted as well as to the operations of *** And *** Investments. *** uses contractors to do work and then doesn’t pay them and sells the property before a Lein can be filed.
