Good to Do business with, got my Camera Quickly

Review: My camera was ordered and supposed to be shipped within 7 days for free. The tracer for my camera said it was being processed the next day. The net day I received an email saying to contact them. When I called, a very rude man said that I did not give them the three security numbers on the back of my credit card. When ordering and giving my credit card number, there was no mention of putting in these numbers. I gave him the numbers and asked about my camera. He told me that he would let them know I had given my numbers and ship my camera right out that it was in stock. When I order the camera the company said they were in stock. I check the status and it had Backordered on my camera. When I called after 7 says, the rude man answered again and I told him I preferred to talk to someone else since he had been so rude. He told me there was no one else I could talk to. I asked him for his supervisor and he told me there was no one there but him. I asked when someone else would be there and he said 4 :00. I told him I would call back and he hung up. Strange thing is they close at 2:00, My husband call back to inquire further and he also was rude to my husband. He said it was backordered. When my husband questioned him, he didn't have any information that he would give us. We told him to cancel the order. I called my credit card co. and they said you didn't just have 1 phone number and only one person handling a business that is suppose to be on the up and up. The credit card was suppose to be run through last Friday (7 days ago). They had charged the camera on my credit card as of yet. He may just be collecting credit card numbers for a later scam. I changed my credit card number to keep sm like this from using his little scheme. He also tried to sell me batteries and a charger that is already suppose to be included in the camera price. Also if you bought anything from them during the time that I did, Allstate Camera Co. was suppose to include free merchandise to you.Desired Settlement: I KNOW THERE ARE QUITE A FEW COMPLAINTS ONLINE THAT I HAVE READ . THERE ARE PREHAPS MORE PEOPLE THAT FEEL IT IS A WASTE OF TIME TO NOTIFY YALL BECAUSE IT MORE TIMES THAN NOT, NOTHING IS EVER DONE. MY DESIRED OUTCOME IS FOR SOMETHING TO BE DONE TO PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS BEFORE THEY SCAM ANYONE ELSE OR AT LEAST KEEP THAT SORRY [redacted] FROM TALKING TO DESCENT PEOPLE THAT ARE JUST TRYING TO DO THE RIGHT THING. PLEASE RESTORE MY FAITH IN THE Revdex.com.

Review: ON JUNE **, 2013 I PLACED AN ON-LINE ORDER WITH "ALL STATE CAMERA" TO PURCHASE AN "NIKON COOLPIX S6200 DIGITAL CAMERA - SILVER". ON THE [redacted] OF JUNE WE RECEIVED AN EMAIL INFORMING US THAT WE HAD TO CALL ###-###-#### TO CONFIRM OUR ORDER. THIS I DID AND THEY SAID AN EMAIL NOTICE WOULD BE SENT TO CONFIRM THIS. NO EMAIL ARRIVED. THEN I CALLED AGAIN, I BELIEVE ON THE [redacted] OF JUNE, AND WAS TOLD THAT OUR ORDER WAS "ON BACK-ORDER FOR TWO WEEKS". AGAIN I REQUESTED CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER AND THE BACK-ORDER. I CALLED AGAIN TODAY AND THEY WERE CLOSED. IT DOES NOT TAKE FOUR DAYS TO SEND AN EMAIL, DOES IT?Desired Settlement: WE NEED A CONFIRMATION OF THIS ORDER AND WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE &/OR A REFUND.

Review: Purchased a camera from business over the phone on 12/*. It was to be a Christmas present. Took advantage of their free camera case promotion and also their buy one get one free battery. By time all added up was a little shocked but figured it would all make sense when I got the invoice. Received no email to confirm order, as I was told I would get. When camera finally arrived was relieved since I had no real proof of my order. Got a little nervous because there was no invoice nor any paperwork for the camera itself (instructions or warranty papers). Wrapped it up and put it under the tree and figured I would give them a call after Christmas to have those items sent. Christmas day my daughter in law opened it and was very happy. Then we noticed the camera didn't fit in the case, case was much too small, also noticed only 1 battery. Honestly, at that point I attempted to call twice and left 2 messages. Several health issues were occupying my time and just sorta forgot about the problems...bought her a new case and she didn't even know it was supposed to have 2 batteries.

Flash forward to May **. Our family was preparing for our annual mothers day camping trip. My daughter in law calls me the night before and tells me the camera isn't working, won't charge or turn on at all. Since this was a waterproof camera it was to be the first time she was going to use it. For the past 3 weeks I have made numerous phone calls to this company and cannot get through. No matter what extension you push it will put you on hold for several minutes and then comes back up stating "ext [redacted] is not available" or "this is Sam" who is also not available. The mailboxes are full and so even though it prompts you to take a message, you can't. Sometimes it keeps you on hold for as long as 15 minutes and you can hear a lot of clicking going on sounding like someone picks up the phone and then puts you back on hold. One time I did get a voice mail to leave a message but never got a call back.

Today I decided to make this a priority. I made 12 attempts to call and each time it would get to the point of a mailbox I would push "0" to get out and attempt another route. This took place from 2:23pm to 3:21pm using both my cell phone and hard line simultaneously. At one point, and mind you for the first time ever, someone did pick up the line and said hello...as I was saying my name and trying to reach for my phone to take it off speaker, the man on the other end of the line said "you need to take you phone off speaker" and then hung up. Now I am furious. Several more attempts were made but with same lack of contact.

The camera is an Olympus Stylus TG-830 iHS Digital Red. Total amount paid was $248.50 processed on 12/* as shown in my bank statement. Bank authorization number can be provided.Desired Settlement: At this point I just want them to refund the money and let me send the camera back. Total lack of trust with this company and a real sense of embarrassment for a present given that should have given so much joy. I ALWAYS shop on line and have never been this disappointed.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Allstate Camera regarding complaint ID [redacted].

Sincerely,

Review: Order placed with a Florida Based LLC, DIGITALPROS, LLC and was shipped and billed from this company. Never authorized such a charge and the order with [redacted] had problems as detailed here:Order placed on 7/*/2013, Invoiced and told it would be shipped the next day and would be to me on 11/**/13. Invoice states 7-10 Days. Called on 11/**/13 told the order had been shipped. When finally received a few days later pulled ups tracking (they had never given me the tracking number as promised and it had in fact been shipped at the end of the day on 11/**/13. There was no warranty card with the camera, an item was missing from the order. Their so called bargain price was no bargain as they said the charger and battery were never included. On inquiry on 11/**/13 as to where they ship from, I was told that they have many warerhouses, maybe it was coming from Utah! It came from Brooklyn, not the company which is registered in Florida. While the invoice was thedigitalpros.com, the credit card billing was ALLSTATE Camera and the shipping label simply indicated CAMERA STORE. On the day that it was not delivered on time, I notified my credit card company and they reversed the charge. Shipped back to them today, 11//**/13, to the address that it came from, was unable to get RMA number as customer service never answered.

The same complaint was been registered with the Revdex.com of Northwest Florida, INC. THEDIGITALPROS is a Florida LLC formed on 3/[redacted] and [redacted] whose address is [redacted] is listed as thee REgistered AgentDesired Settlement: Refund of charges to ship the order back to them in the amount of $17.88

It should be noted that THEDIGITALPROS were notified upon receipt of this order as to these problems. As per the credit card company, a prepaid retun label was requested on 11/**/13 via email and that and a susiquent e-mail and never been answered.

Response:

The address given was the one that was on the return address label that the merchandise arrived in. Within the content of the complaint you will find the address of the Registered Agent of the company (in Florida

) that I did order the unsatisfactory order from.
