I paid this contractor 1/2 upfront on May 31, 2019. Contractor agreed to start the job 1 week after returning from vacation following July 4th. Therefore work should have began around July 15th. I have yet to see the first building material on my property. The contractor appeared 2xs to do minimal excavation work and 1 more time to deliver a small load of gravel. We are now starting month 6 and my project is not anywhere near starting or completing. There are no building materials (retaining wall, fireplace kit, pavers, etc.) delivered to my property. The number of times the contractor has stated he would be at my house "tomorrow, in the morning, this afternoon" has reached way past double digits.
Product_Or_Service: Build Retaining Wall, Fireplace, and Patio
Finish the job I want the job completed or my money returned. I want the contractor to quit lying to me and my husband and show up to work when he says he is going to show up. Its either too wet, too cold, some excused one after the other. This is way past ridiculous.
