Review: I have contacted [redacted] multiple times over the phone and through text messages to receive a bill for my taxes. He informed me that it would take some time to find or that he could make me a new one. I went through bank statements and gave him the information on all three of the payment installments. He has not given me an invoice. I am starting to wonder if he did not claim the income from the work he did for me.Desired Settlement: I want a billing statement ASAP so I can file my taxes.

This letter is in response to the complaint filed by [redacted]. Allscape provided Mr [redacted] with a receipt upon the completion of his project. He has since contacted Allscape asking for a second copy of the receipt. Our files are currently with our accountant having our taxes prepared where they have been since Mr [redacted]' first contacted Allscape. We checked our business account and made a receipt of the payments received but it's not a copy of the original. [redacted] delivered the receipt to their home.Mr [redacted] was concerned we did not claim the earnings from his project. His checks were written to Allscape, they were deposited in our business account, the earnings were reported and taxes were paid as we do on all projects.
