Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The repairs have not been completed the workers said they would be back to finish outside work on fri or sat 11/The owner has not sent anyone out to check the damage or repair my downstairs bedroom I have sent him the pictures havent heard anything back from him yet there is damage to the wood work and window sill also concerned about damp walls underneath wood work Sincerely, [redacted]

We at Allpro Stand behind our work,we completed the wok in 2016 you had no issues until now, and I still do not know your problem.When I told to the Lady([redacted]s Partner)I was out of town until the 4th,
These People wanted be To Fly Back immediately!  to "Look at roof" This
is completely...

unreasonable, Last year they Demanded I "Come Right Away We
are having Major Problems With our roof" Which I did, Only to find out
there windows sills were bad which was causing the Walls to leak. nothing
to to with the roof. you called end of June I sad to [redacted] "let me get back to you I am very busy and it might be a while"  I did come back in town on the 4th. you called on the 7th and I said I will be out there on the 11th. and then I called you on the 10th. and told you I have a emergency and I will be able to get to you until the afternoon.[redacted] persisted for me to come in the morning and making rude comments to be about my company. We want to resolve any issues with this Temple But you have to be reasonable.as I write this I told [redacted] I will be there on Friday to look at the issue he may or may not have. Thank you...   I have sign a roof repair contract with Allpro Contracting, to repair the roof of assembly hall in behalf of [redacted] BUDDIST TEMPLE. The work had been done in June 2016. According to the contract Allpro will Guaranteed work for 20 years, but on June 2017 we found that roofing material that Allpro used had peel off, I try to contact Allpro but they seldom answer my call, until I have to text [redacted] the owner. ask him to come in to look at it, first time he said he had to look at his schedule, but never call back, second time I call him again he said he was out of town and will call back on 4th of July, which he never did, on July7 I text him to call me also ask him to come in to our place on Wednesday July 12, which he text back that he would come in. on July 11 he text back again that he have an emergency, which he can not tell me about it. After all I feel like he try not to correct his work. Also our Board of Director has pressure me to resolve this issue one way or another. Please help

I have said to [redacted] that we will be out there..even as I write this letter my guy is out there digging. here problem will be resolved..

[redacted] is there and fixed your problem. I talk to him at 2pm and he said you looked at the work we done.
