at the time. I tried to explain to him there is no way I could possibly for see a wheel cracking. We put pressure on the wheel to push the bend out and every now and then the wheel cracks. A sure sign the structure was compromised by the impact. He just insisted that I am responsible for the wheel cracking. In 7 years of doing this I have never had a customer not understand there is a risk in straightening that a wheel could crack. His rims are not of a high quality in my opinion and I used an improper description of that due to I was upset that he thinks I should pay for this when after ‘J’ years of doing this I never have had anyone not understand the risk. We have a high rate of success in our wheel straightening process which is approved by the SAE (Society of Automobile Engineering). Clearly I was wrong in what I said and I did strongly apologize to [redacted] and am willing to compensate him for the wheel. I had a bad clay. We have since re-implemented a form we use that informs customers of the risk to be a mandatory signing prior to all straightening requests. When [redacted] picks up his wheel l will hand him a check for the $180 provided it will settle this matter. Any questions please feel free to call rne at 216-926-B70 or e-mail me at cleveland@awrswheelrepaircom Sincerely, Paul Z[redacted]Owner
