For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.He received the complaint on April 17, saying it takes up to days to process. I was told on April by the facility that the check was in the mail and I should have it no later than Tuesday, April 21. As of April 30, I still have not received the check. Once I receive the check, and it has been deposited and cleared the bank, then I will be happy to accept their response. Having days for me to respond does not fully encompass his offer of my having the check by May

Review: My mother was a patient/resident there from Sep 2014 until Jan 20 2015 when she was discharged for surgery - and rehab at a different facility. Since that time, I have not been able to recover $80 that was in her Trust Fund. Lots of emails back and forth, but no further action on their part.Desired Settlement: I would like a check for $80 sent to my home address.
