Review: Installed a new side door and the metal trim was damaged. The installer did not tell anyone, not us the customer or his employer. I contacted [redacted] about this and he did order the part. [redacted] will not set a time that is convenient with me to replace this part. I don't have vacation time to use and [redacted] will not send his installer after 4 pm. If the installer would have been honest this may have already been solved.

[redacted] and I set a date to fix this for 11-25-15 at 9am. I used a day of vacation for this. About 11 am [redacted] called and his installer was finishing up a job and would not be able to come that day. At that point [redacted] was unable to work with me because He refused to fix this at 4 pm any day or a Saturday. Now I have not heard for [redacted] at all.Desired Settlement: Fix the door at a time that is convenient to me, since I already used a vacation day for the original install. After 4pm any day or a Saturday is fine.
