Alligator Sewer & Drain

Review: I attempted to call Alligator plumbing on 5/7/14 and spoke with a very rude man who did not give his name. I explained that the owner of Alligator Plumbing had promised my realtor on the day of my new home closing 4/7/14 that he would guarantee his work and would come out and resolve any issues that might arise from plumbing. The man was very rude but did claim he would have the ownder call me. After no callback in 5 days on 5/12/14 I called back. The same rude man answered the phone and told me my issue was not his problem (and did even let me finish explaining what was going on) and then hung up on me before I could give a callback number. I have never had a business hang up on me. I had been talking in an normal tone of voice using polite language although my tone did containe a hint of frustration. I called back and gave my number again. Later that same day I received a phone call from the rude man who identified himself as "[redacted]." He stated that "the owner" would be coming to my property in one hour to check on my issue. However he then started telling me again this was really not his company's problem. I asked again that the owner call me before going to my home and nearly 4 hours later have not received a call back and no one has been to the property.Desired Settlement: I would like "[redacted]" to be trained on proper customer service. I would like "the owner" (if he even exists, I am now wondering if [redacted] and the owner are one in the [redacted]e) to go to my property and look at the issue. And I would like the work done for free as previously promised.

There is a different address and phone number listed on the work receipt but the same rude man "[redacted]" answers the phone at both numbers.
