Review: I was told that the catch basins built in my ditch enclose would have drains on top and side for drainage, it only has drains on top.

the last load of dirt to cover the ditch was dirt with clay in it , it was not top soil. I told them about it and they said let it rain on it for two weeks and he would come smooth it out with a four wheeler and grating, he came with a fork lift and grating it was a joke , it didn't work at all. he said it looks good. It is rough. I told him I needed more dirt on the end he said it looks good like it. I waited from Aug. until Dec. 2015 for him to fix a catch basin he did not contact me between that time to say if he was coming. I went to his shop on Dec. 16,2015 to talk to him about it, he said he would come the second week in Jan. 2016 which he did. He puts off work too long unless I call and complain. He keeps asking what do I want him to do to make it right, but every time I tell him he says that looks good until he gets what he wants. I had the hardest time just to get him to add dirt by one catch basin, but he still does not want to put dirt on the other end or smooth the dirt out. I do not recommend him to do Ditch Enclosures.Desired Settlement: Add dirt on end of enclosures and level the dirt by tilling the dirt and smoothing it out. Do a better job on my neighbor's side.

I may get the State Highway Department to come and inspect the catch basins.

The fist job (Sunroom) the we did for this customer he was very satisfied with he called us back to did a second job with was catch basin's on half of his yard, my catch basin guy almost quit because the customer was very hard to work for. He does not treat people with respect. The job was complete and the customer was happy. The customer called again for use to fill in the rest of the ditch regretting taking the job, my guys did not even want to go out there, We started the job and we got a lot of rain witch held up the job a good bit. the Catch basin guy came back out even though he did not want to, he was not doing his best work cause he did not want to be there, I fired him. I ordered dirt from the same company, yes it had clay in it we can not control that. It is a good product. I called for the amount needed for the location that is what was spread. The Catch basin was not to our standard, the customer was told when we have some one trained we will send then back. It took a couple of months to train someone, repairs were doing accordingly. The customer only paid a portion of the payment on completion he was going to pay the rest I told customer to keep final payment. I asked him what could I do to make him happy, he said add dirt around the catch basin, witch we did. Problem we had with customer was the was we were treated and yelled at an be little'd over dirt in the yard.
