When their Ford Explorer was towed in weeks ago we had one of our techs check it over as per our 1st phone conversionWho ever worked on their vehicle before us caused them some serious issuesTheir vehicle had to go to one of our senior master (who were on other bigger
jobs) as per our fifth phone conversionThe technician was on the phone with tech hotline ( the manufacture trouble shooting) trying to figure it outWhen we called *** * *** answered the phone as I informed her what was going on she told me to have a blessed day *** *** At that point I advised her to pay the bill and the vehicle will be outside On Monday Jan 2nd/3rd informed them the vehicle is still outside and that there will be storage fees until the vehicle is towed away.Allietta Ford
