Allied Sliding Glass Door & Window Repair

from Allied Door Repair attempted to fix two windows that were difficult to open. The first time the window wouldn't close the entire way. He ordered a different balance rod and broke them while installing them. He told us that he wouldn't be able to repair them and would refund our $350. Meanwhile he left the windows with no balance rod at all. They will not remain open and need to be propped up. He refuses to return calls and has not refunded our $350.
