Review: What was a routine cleaning became a new install.The chimney did not need a new install but we did anyway. They put new sheet metal in which took less than 45 min. They billed for $1740. They never performed a cleaning! We turned on the boiler and the whole neighborhood was raining soot.They come back and said that we need an extended chimney is the reason why. Which they wanted another $1200!I argued the fact and finally they said they will clean the chimney. The [redacted], then hand a pair of metal cutters in his hands with a vacuum and was at the boiler.The [redacted] did not vacuum, but just had the vacuum on. Now, the boiler does not work at all! This boiler was installed in 2013.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a $500 refund and the cost to repair the boiler.
