I left them with my rifle to have stock milled because it was blocking serial number, receiver milled to add rear anchor, have action bedded to stock About weeks after I approved the work I called to ask for update of progress and was told she would check with gunsmith in morning and let me knowI never got a call back, Another weeks I send email with same question and was given same answer via email, but never received email with update1-weeks later I send another email of the same, this time mentioning the previous failed updatesYet, another email saying she will check with gunsmith and let me know in morning, yet again, never received that emailApproxweek later I send another email informing that I have found another gunsmith ready to work on my rifle and would like to pick it up to take to new gunsmithSuddenly I get this long email updating me on the status of the repairWhen I finally pick up my rifle first thing I notice is the barrel is not properly seated, I get over it and figure I will fix that my selfWhen I get home and closer inspect the rifle I notice the bedding was not done between action and stock like I ask, it was done in place the provides no purpose for the rifle besides adding weight (so I wasted $75)there is damage the chamber face and outer diameter of the barrelthere is damage to bolt handle opening of receiverWhen I ask about the damage he told me his barrel press slipped and its only cosmetic and will not effect performance of the rifle, also told me to go shoot rifle to see how it shoots(In my line of work if my wrench or slips and damages the fender on your new car I would not tell the customer go for a drive, it wont effect the performance of the vehicle)I sent the barrel in to manufacture and it was repairedAfter I received it back I emailed once again asking for reimbursement for repair, that was a week ago today I have yet to receive replyAs much as I support small business, and the military (this is a veteran owned business) I will never do business here again
