My displeasure with Allied may have started with Metro Health not being able to pick up a phone and let me know that there were trying to collect on $70.00,part of which was from two years ago,yet I sent payment to Allied,they processed the check yet have no record of it.
So,they pass the buck and and their policy is that it's my responsibility to ensure payment. I obtain a digital copy of the cancelled check and cannot share it with Allied because,their statement,"we don't have email".
I am sent to a supervisors extension who doesn't answer the call,goes to voice mail,I leave a message,with my phone number and Email address and get no response.
Allied sent me a do not reply email with the charges in question.
So off goes a copy of the cancelled check to Allied via the USPS.
Can't wait to skip their call and send them to voice mail.
