Very badas in NO serviceWe reserved a car for a day-trip from our hotel in Condado, San Juan, P.RThe confirmed reservation was for AM and the Condado location was supposed to open at AMWe arrived at 8:and no one was there and the kiosk was not openWe waited and waitedalong with several other customersand still no one arrivedWe called the customer service number above (XXX-XXXX) twice and were told someone was on the wayWe were then put on hold and no one ever came back on the lineWe left at 9:AM and cancelled our plans for the dayTotally disrespectful of customers' time
