We are rid of our timeshares! It took about 17 months to complete, not due to ARG's lack of responsiveness, but because of a backlog at the timeshare company. We appreciated them getting back with us each time we asked for the status of the transfers. Glad we spent our dollars with them.

Alliance Resort Group was nothing but professional in our meeting with them. We have been stuck without any guidance with our timeshare for years, continually offered upgrades and higher costs from our resort to "fix" our issues. They were able to identify what solutions we needed and followed through with their promises. Very reputable company.

Lead to beleive we were purchasing insurance for our Timeshare.
My husband and I were invited to the Red Robin restaurant where we talked with the representatives from Alliance Resort Group. These people told us we needed to buy insurance so our oldest child woud not be responsible for it if we passed away. They took our information and ran it through several banks to pay for this insurance. They received $5,995.00 for this insurance. We found out that they are just another vacation club and their tacted for getting people to sign up are lie. We found out thery were lieing after talking with the representative from Holiday Inn Time Share.
I beleive they are targeting senior who have timeshares.

They delivered exactly as promised. I will buy through them again.

alliance resort group did what they said they would do, they got us out of our timeshare that we never used. they did it within a year, I dont owe anything on my timeshare, it's not my responsibility anymore, I'm very thankful for that

In all the years of dealing with Time Shares we always were lied to, and told anything to try and convince you to buy. So going into this deal with Alliance Resort Group we were somewhat skeptical, and proceeded very cautiously. I have to say that dealing with ***, and Rhonda *** was a pleasant surprise compared to other dealings with this industry. They did what they said they were going to do, and did it in the time they said they would. They were there to help throughout the whole process, no question went unanswered, and were always pleasant.
