Alliance Litigation & Associates

I have been getting calls from alliance litigation & associates that are starting to become threatening and definately harrassing. They first told me that I have an open case out of Cowley County and they need to send me court documents. They gave me a phone number and case number to call them back to get info.

Fully knowing I had no court cases I ignored it. It smelled of a scam from the start. They continued calling so I called the number and asked for the details. They had my full social security number as well as date of birth. They one where I used to live (the city) as well as my new county. I did NOT give them any information.

They then told me I had an outstanding hospital bill to a hospital I've never been to and that they are sueing me. I knew this wasn't right so I told the person to please send me a copy of the bill as well as give me their company info and fax number as well as address. He was very rude at this point and said I will get it when I'm served and arrested.

I called the hopsital and they verified they have no hill. I have never been there and told me they recommend I get a lawyer since I am being harassed as well as threatened. They are also illegally using my personal information to try to get money from me.

I am contacting a lawyer and all calls have been recorded by myself.

This association call my home say they had been out there several time, and wanted to know if it was good time to come out. They would not give me any information about the "bill" and said they could not open anything to give any information. The number the called from was 1*** 670 1***. When I had my daughter call them they denied saying they would be out.

This company has been calling several relatives of mine and I don't know how they got their contact info. They want me to verify my SSN and birthday before they can tell me anything. I asked them to give me at least a little info because I'm not verifying my personal info if I don't know what it's about and they refused. They constantly call me and my relatives literally every day looking for me. I've told them numerous times to leave me alone if they can't say what the complaint is about. This is ridiculous!!!!

I am being contacted by an alleged law firm that claims that I may possibly owe and alleged debt. The party that keeps contacting me is:

This law firm is violation several sections of the FDCPA including but not limited to Section 805 Communication in Connection with Debt , Section 806 harassment and Abuse and Section 809 Validation of Debt.
