Our Martial art school did not closed. We moved 5 miles away. I’ve contact all the members and 95% of them followed us to the new address, except for this client and 2 others. Some students haven’t show up for classes for couple months, we tried to contact everyone by email and phone calls about the address change. Also the customer could have called us or email us about this matter.

This is the new address:

All students could opt to follow us to the new location or just cancel their membership upon request. We had only 2 cancelations so far.

Other problem with this customer is that all the information’s we have on file does not match anymore. The email on file does not exist also as the phone number.

The membership for this customer is been terminated and we will send a check as a refund for the month of February.

We moved to new location on Feb 12th we had classes going on the old address until Feb 10th 2013, so the refund will be pro-rated for 20 days of the month of February.
