Contacted this agency in person about a new home policy.Provided all relevant information, and was told they would contact several companies they represented that could write a policy of that type. They said they would recontact me within two days and give me the information from those companies. After about four days I made multiple attempts to recontact them by phone and in person. Their office was closed for several days during business hours, phone calls were not answered and they did not call back in response to messages left. I then went to another agency and obtained a policy. I have never been recontacted by them to this day.

Several weeks later I received an insurance policy in the mail that they had submitted an application for without my knowledge or approval.

I am now in a battle with that insurance company trying to get that policy deleted without having it on my record as cancelled because of nonpayment.
