This R V CENTER IS NOT A CO. I WILL EVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN.
MY TRAILER WAS DAMAGED AT THEIR REPAIR SHOP AND THEY SAID THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE . THEY WANTED TO FIX IT BUT,THEY WANTED TO DO A CHEEP FIX. THINK.
We apologize that the customer feels this way but we can not and will not repair damage that we did not cause. We respect and appreciate the customers choice to have his trailer serviced elsewhere.
They lied the damage happened while at their shop . I pointed it out before I took my trailer home. and for proof ask them for a copy of the walk around sheet.
Again, we apologize that the customer feels this way but we can not and will not repair damage that we did not cause. We respect and appreciate the customers choice to have his trailer serviced elsewhere. There are 2 sides to a story and we did offer multiple solutions to help out as a goodwill gesture but Mr. D declined our proposals. At this time Alliance Coach will have no further comments or replies to this subject.
Repeated repairs for the same complaints on a brand new travel trailer. Workmanship is poor and service manager is a liar and has wasted our time.

This is ridiculous! My husband and I purchased a brand new 2018 Forest River Grey Wolf 26DBH in July 2017 for over 20k. Alliance Coach has had our trailer for more time than we have had it! They had our trailer from August 2017-November 2017 & now again for going on 2 months. It has been an absolute nightmare. First, we take delivery of our brand new travel trailer shipped from Georgia in July. We immediately realize when we bring it home that the refrigerator doesn't work and the front door to the camper is sticking making it extremely difficult to open or close. Then, we use the shower, and the piping underneath came apart and flooded the underbelly. We contact Alliance promptly asking what to do with a bloated underbelly in which they advise it was ok to cut a slit in it to release the water.
We take it in to the shop with a list of issues found. Here are some of them:
1. Plumbing throughout was loose causing damage to the underbelly.
2. Front door would not open/close properly/frame bent
3. In their possession (Between Aug-Nov), water damage occurred to the cabinetry in the kitchen area.
4. Refrigerator was not working
5. Ceiling panel had holes in it
6. Staples in floor coming up through linoleum
7. Awning had intermittent electrical issues
8. Battery issues
9. Cabinet staining incomplete
10. Scissor jacks rusted
We have gotten the run around from the service department. Since they don't get paid to fix warranty issues they placed us on the back burner, causing us to be unable to use our travel trailer for months and months. Their shop is an hour's drive from us, and they have wasted our time, gas, and miles over and over coming down to pick up the "fixed" travel trailer. We had to come back at least 3 times for the underbelly to get resolve, and another half dozen times at least back and forth when we were advised the work was completed and to a satisfactory standard. Initially, they put a piece of duck tape over the hole made. The part that they replaced was falling off when we went to pick it up. My 8 year old could have done better work than they did.
Not only have we wasted countless hours going back and forth, but they have had us wait around for hours, without even the courtesy of offering a water to us. Mike in service is so full of bull. Today, when we attempted to pick up the travel trailer, my husband pointed out that the door is still not fixed and the top is sticking out by at least a centimeter, hence lacking a solid seal. He told my husband that "That's just the way it is because your have a lower grade model," "That's just the way it is, there is nothing else we can do" and that we should upgrade. This is how we won't get water damage to a new rig. WHAT!?! We have given them more than ample opportunity to resolve all of the issues and we continue to get pushed off and placed in the back of the line because "They don't get paid for warranty issues" like they do for out of pocket service. This is unacceptable quality of work, unsatisfactory business practices and we expect a resolution from both Forrest River and Alliance Coach immediately. I am tired of the run around.
I would like Forrest River to replace our brand new Grey Wolf with another brand new one that does not have frame issues and is free of defects and to our satisfaction. I also expect that Alliance Coach rectify their poor customer service, shotty work, and find a satisfactory resolution for wasting our time over and over again. If we cannot get this resolved, then I just want my money back so we can find another camper to fit our needs.
Good morning-the customer above has a unit that is still here at Alliance. We did replace an entry door under warranty and the door that was sent by the manufacturer did have a bow at the top of the door after it was installed (defect in door, not installation). The manufacturer of the coach has approved to replace the entry door a second time and the replacement door is on order. We have assigned a different service person to help this customer get finished up. We hope they are 100% satisfied at completion.
