There are long periods, up to 6 months, between the customer's communications with us which delays resolution. We ask for the customer to adhere to the manufacturers procedures for faster service. There really is no alternative to this since...

we simply facilitate the exchange, the warranty lies with the manufacturer. A return label cannot be shipped out without a deposit due to the fact the return label is sent with the replacements. The deposit is taken to guarantee return of the defective units. Once we receive the deposit, we will issue the replacements. Once the defective units are received, we will issue a full refund of the deposit within 24 hours. The customer was sent a [redacted] invoice for the $99 deposit. If they need it sent again, we are happy to do so. We also ask for more timely communication from the customer to expedite this resolution.

They said in the email the $99 is to guarantee the item(s) are returned and fast response. Firstly, it has been over a year. I think giving me an authorization number and/or return label so I can send them back is appropriate since I can wait for the company to receive the items back since it already has been over a year. I do not need to have the new items sent to me until the company gets the defective ones back and looks them over. So there is no risk for the company. Secondly, I do not trust this company since it does not answer the phone or responds to emails. I will not throw good money after bad. I want a return label with the shipping address as I was promised in the email Debra sent me. This is nothing but a shakedown for more money. I have read online complaints. If [redacted] refuse to issue a return label I will forward this to the State Attorney General's Office. They say they are simply the facilitator but they want me to send THEM $99 and not the manufacturer. And then they will makeup some excuse not to issue my money back.
