At first, *** seems like a trust worthy person He will offer to give you a better discount if you pay him a portion of the funds upfront I paid him 50% of the job up front, he worked for a few hours then refused to finish the job He did not return any of my phone calls or text In my opinion, if you pay him anything upfront, he will not return to the job I would not recommend him
