I am rejecting this response because:
I would like to clarify: First , my son is an experienced technician but is unable to work on the heater due to his disability. I do not use the heater as a commercial water heater. This is my home water heater. I do not have a business here. Mr J*** turned the water heater to degrees when we complained the water was not hot enough to take a comfortable shower.
I had another professional fix the heater since Mr J*** let me sit with no hot water. The professional found a problem with the wiring which Mr J*** never tested. I can only assume he didn't have the proper equipment to test for the problem.

The water heater was installed on 7/1/2011 as of 2/12/15- heater is now 3 1/2 plus yrs.
Warranty:
There is no warranty on the water heater. The [redacted] are aware of that for some time now.

[redacted] are using the heater in a commercials use the heater is made only for residential use only.1 They are cleaning animal remains both for domestic + farm animals.
2 They are turning heater up to 150 that is not recommended.
3 They are overdrawing the heater causing it to burn out the elements.
4 Her son is also working on the unit, he is not an experienced technician.
In a good faith gesture
Allen K. J[redacted] Plumbing + Heating called 2/25/15 to set an appointment to replace the elements at no charge. Jane had the heater repaired. Also in good faith on 5/28/14 we replaced the elements for free, only charging $85.00 service fee. I feel we have done more than own share to help this customer, considering she is the cause of the problem.
