They have charged me $248 for the past 2 months that I already went in and sign the paperwork to cancel out and still no refund
We signed on for promotion at the end of August for $60 and they told me that if my son decided to not like it that I can cancel out before the 15th of the month my son did not go to any of his classes last month nor this month and they still charged me $124 for the month of September and just charged me another $124 as of October 5th four classes that my son has not taken and they refused to refund me back my money after I have signed the paperwork to cancel out all classes I feel that this is a fraudulent act on their part this happened at their new office on *** and *** the East Side location their phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX

Client was refunded their $124.00 charge for the month of October as a courtesy. Please see attached screenshot of total client charges. Client was charged as per our signed payment agreement. Client notified us of withdrawal after the 15th of September which is why client was billed for October. Client was refunded for October.
