First of all I have tried calling and no has returned my called backAlso I include the bank fee and interest I paid, My wife's credit and mine went down points and still waiting for a full credit report to show this

drive in another customer bought the unit.  We have over 35 sales people and the salesman mentioned here had no idea it had been sold.  And was indeed disapointed himslef because he lost a personal sale.

Mac Haik is confusing me with another unhappy customer.  I never purchased anything from them.  I reject there latest response because it makes no sense.  I would like to point out that in the last couple weeks the salesman has in fact attempted to contact me via phone and email however he was a ghost until this complaint was filed. This company knew when I walked out of there dealership I was wronged and they still made no effort, even after me reaching out to them for help.  I would like to add that the reason I drove back to the dealership that day and did not put down a deposit over the phone was NOT because of "there policy" with credit cards ect. (like the sales manager said) but because the salesman told me he would PREFER it because he was going out of town the next day. Again, I was told a deposit would be fine but out of respect to the salesman I made the less convenient drive through traffic, the same day so he could get the sale.  Big mistake.  My statement stands, horrible customer service.
