Mr *** took Possession on Sept 13, and was told that he would get his sod done the following summerDue to the fact that we had a verry wet summer last year the date for the sod install kept getting pushed further back because
the bobcats were not able to do the grading that was needed to prep the yardWe did not have an exact date that we could give the homeowners for the sod installWe were having the landscapers talk to the homeowners as they installed the grass to explain what they needed to do for wateringMr *** was away on holidays when his sod was installed and the landscapers neglected to tell me that they were not able to talk to him
When Mr *** returned from holidays he contacted us and told us his grass was dead due to not being watered
I went and looked at his grass and agreed that it needed to be replacedAs we were way behind schedule to complete all of the landscaping that needed to be done that year, We told Mr *** that we would replace his sod this year
Mr *** emailed me on May 22nd asking to know when the sod was going to be replacedI will attach the emails so that you can read themHe emailed again on July 10th but I did not have an answer for him yet as to when we could get our landscaper to replace his sodOn the 11th we had another landscaping company come take a look at his yard to give us an estimate on repairsThey replied when I was on holidays but the job was given to themMr *** was called on Jun 17th Mr *** was notified that we would starting the process of replacing his sodAs of today (Jun 18th)they have ripped out the old sod and should be laying the new sod right awayMr *** Is the first *** customer to get any sod done this year
