AllCounty Carpet and *** was hired to clean my carpets and couches He damaged them beyond repair and is not returning phone calls to remedy
I hired *** and AllCounty Carpet Cleaning on 9/7/to clean my carpets and couches for $ He permanently damaged the carpets in rooms and of the couches and they must all be replaced at a cost of about $10-15,He failed to properly assess the type of material and fabric that the carpets and couches were made from The couches had clear labeling warning against using water-based or steam cleaning*** evaluated this independently and verified that the damage was beyond repair He promised me that he would take care of it and tried to get his insurance to cover it but when insurance denied the claim (since they don't cover "poor workmanship", and "he should have known" how to clean the couches and carpets) he stopped returning my calls and has not responded to my attempts to work this out amicably His website says
