Review: I could not reach anyone by phone to answer my questions about carport, and delivery dates, so I researched online and found some answers but not all. I ordered what I thought I might want, thinking I would then get an estimated delivery date. No nothing about when it would arrive. So I start trying to call and email. All of which they say they will get back to you within 3 days, which is horrible customer service. So I do some more research and found somewhere it says allow 8-12 weeks for delivery. That is way tooo long to wait for product. So I want to cancel order, so I can order from someone that can meet my needs. But on web site if you try to cancel it just keeps rerouting you to the beginning of the process. Also reading through reviews, I dont think one of them is real, I cant believe that no one would even mention how long it took. So they are either deleteing real reviews or no exepting them at all. I tried to leave a review just to let people know that they would be waiting that long and I was undable to post it.Desired Settlement: I want money back and I want it posted right on the page what the wait time is.

I ordered a rv carport for our camper on 10-5-15. The website said it would be installed in 4 to 6 weeks and somebody would contact me to schedule a date within 3 weeks. I never once received a phone call from this company. I called at the end of October and was told they was running behind and would be called in a couple of weeks. That never happened. I called the third week of November and was told that I would be called the week after Thanksgiving. Never happened. I never ever received a phone call from this company. I cancelled my order on 1-5-16 three months never once a phone call. This company has no refund 15% down payment after 3 days. Far as I am concerned they stole my $270.60 dollars. When I called the lady was very polite never asked why I was cancelling or anything. This must be very common for this company for people to cancel after waiting indefinitely. I would advise anybody to not order from this company. TERRIBLE SERVICE. ACTUALLY NO SERVICE.
