I send 3 of my Swarovski crystal animals, in their original boxes, to be restored by Mr. in early April. On April 26,2018 I send him a check in the amount of $113.90 for the restoration of the Crystal animals. It cost me another $8.90 to mail the package to Mr.. On June 15,2018 he finally cashed my check and shortly there after I received my Crystal animal back, in worth shape then when I send them off to him. He did not use my original boxes to send them back to me but instead just wrapped some bubble wrap around it and put each one in a zip-lock baggie. Besides from being broken, the restoration he did do where absolutely terrible. I immediately contacted Mr. and send him a picture of the Crystal animals. His response was, he made a mistake and he forgot he had the original boxes. I let him know I was very upset and he needed to fix it. He said he would send me a check and hung up on me. I have yet to receive anything from Mr. in response to this incident. I also ask for the original boxes back which I did not get yet either. my Crystal animals are retired pieces. I have had these for over 20 yrs.
Refund I would like restoration cost plus shipping cost back. Also the value of the 3 Crystal animals destroyed, plus original shipping boxes. value of small swarovski mouse, on ebay, retired piece with box, $40 free shipping. value of small swarovski owl with yellow eyes with box,on ebay, $30 plus shipping $4. value of swarovski seahorse with box,on ebay, $33 plus shipping $11. those are just some of the values i found on ebay. in all actuality they are priceless to me.

I did a repair as agreed. I was informed that her repaired items were damaged again by the US Postal services. I am turning 75 in January. I take special pride in my work. Mrs *** needs to make a claim with Postal services!

mr*** received my kristall animals in the original boxes and not in bubble wrap or zip lock bags. this has nothing to do with the usps. they just delivered my incorrect packaged items. mr. himself advised me to send them tightly packed so they wouldn't break. so I send them in the original boxes. but he didn't use his own advice. he stated he forgot he had my original boxes. what self respected business man that takes pride in his work "forgets". they, the boxes, were clearly marked with my address labels and phone number. so no I do not except. thank you.
